I’m struggling to put my feelings into words. Lately, I’ve had a terrible suspicion that a surgeon may have taken advantage of my girlfriend during her recent leg surgery.
Her procedure was supposed to be simple and routine. But the surgery date kept getting moved—first earlier, then again by another day. It felt strange, but I didn’t think too much of it at the time.
The operation was scheduled for early morning. Sadly, I couldn’t be there due to unavoidable circumstances, though her sister and friend stayed with her the whole time.
Now, with lingering doubts and unsettling thoughts, I can’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right.
