Keanu Reeves just made his professional auto racing debut — and even a crash couldn’t slow him down.
The 60-year-old Matrix star took part in the Toyota GR Cup at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Saturday. Driving the No. 92 car (promoting his graphic novel The Book of Elsewhere), Reeves spun into the grass during the race but wasn’t hurt. Despite the crash, he managed to finish 25th out of 35 racers.
Reeves, who previously won the 2009 celebrity race at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, is now racing alongside YouTuber Cody Jones from Dude Perfect. He’ll be back on the track for a second race on Sunday.
