Ethan “ModBoy” Bramble, an Australian known for his extreme body modifications, started altering his appearance at just 11. He’s had over 200 tattoos, stretched ears, a split tongue, and even removed his belly button—spending nearly $39,000 to become a living artwork.
But since becoming a father, Ethan’s outlook has changed. He now regrets some of his choices, especially the tattoos on his face, which draw unwanted attention to him and his daughter.
