Hand Over Baldoni’s Phone Records!!!

Blake Lively is going after Justin Baldoni’s phone, demanding legal access to find evidence of a “smear campaign” against her.

Blake’s legal team has officially sent subpoenas to the big three phone carriers—AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon—to dig through Justin’s phone records, as well as those of his publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, “It Ends With Us”  producer Jamey Heath, crisis manager Jed Wallace, and Wayfarer Studios co-founder Steve Sarowitz.

In case you forgot, text messages between Abel and Nathan were already front and center in Blake’s ongoing lawsuit against  Justin, which accuses him of sexual harassment and plotting to ruin her image and career.

Blake’s attorneys, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, say the subpoenas are meant to  “expose the people, tactics,  and methods” that have been used to “destroy” and “bury” her reputation over the last year—terms they claim were even used by Justin’s PR team, according to texts already included in the lawsuit.

Blake’s legal team is throwing serious shade at Justin and his attorney Bryan Freedman, accusing them of not being as transparent as they promised when they launched the website thelawsuitinfo.com, where they vowed to post every document related to the case. Blake’s team responds, “Now, we’ll get all the ‘receipts’—which, unsurprisingly, are nowhere to be found on Mr. Freedman’s site—and like Blake, those ‘receipts’ will have their day in court.”

Meanwhile, Freedman isn’t sweating the subpoenas. He told TMZ, “Subpoenas are a regular part of the litigation process. What’s extraordinary is what they’re asking for—every single call, text, data log, and even real-time location for the past 2.5 years. This massive fishing expedition shows they’re desperately trying to find something to back up their false claims. They won’t find it.”

Blake’s team, however, is confident the phone records will provide “critical and irrefutable evidence” about who was involved, and more importantly, when, where, and how the retaliation plan took shape.
