Diddy Sued Forced Me To Drink Before Assault …Told Me, ‘Take That S***’

Diddy is being sued by a woman who claims he forced her to drink a beverage and then sexually assaulted her at a Los Angeles nightclub in November 2016, according to a new lawsuit.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Diddy approached her at Club Playhouse, offered her a drink, and when she initially refused, he told her, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up.” She claims that out of fear, she drank the beverage after Diddy aggressively slid the glass toward her.

She further claims that after drinking, Diddy put his arm around her in a side hug and then used his left hand to forcefully assault her, penetrating her with his fingers. During the alleged assault, she says Diddy told her, “Bitch I do what I want, take that s***,” with his entourage allegedly laughing nearby.

The woman says she managed to escape, left the club, and went back to her hotel. She reports feeling disoriented and needed assistance getting to her room. The next morning, she claims to have found bruising and a tear around her vaginal area, which she believes was caused by Diddy’s alleged actions.

Diddy’s legal team responded to TMZ, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.” They added, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The woman is being represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who is also suing Diddy on behalf of 120 other clients. She is seeking damages.
