Inside Bradley Cooper’s $6.5 Million Pennsylvania Farmhouse

Bradley Cooper is embracing country living with his latest real estate purchase—a stunning 33-acre farm in Pennsylvania worth $6.5 million. According to The New York Post, the Maestro actor recently bought this historic property in New Hope, an upscale area not far from where his girlfriend Gigi Hadid’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, lives.

Originally built in 1704, the farmhouse spans an impressive 6,300 square feet with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Over the years, the home has been expanded and renovated into a luxurious countryside escape. The property includes a beautifully restored guesthouse, a classic stone bank barn, a pool, a pond, and access to a private 20-acre lake—perfect for canoeing and kayaking.

Inside, the home blends historical charm with modern elegance. Walk-in fireplaces, stone sinks, and exposed beams highlight the home’s original character, while high-end upgrades like a sleek European-style kitchen and designer Boffi bathrooms add contemporary comfort. French oak hardwood floors run throughout the house, adding to its timeless appeal.

The first floor features a gallery-style hallway that opens onto a patio and landscaped gardens. There’s also a fitness area, a spacious family room with a screened porch, and two guest bedrooms with a full bath upstairs.

Nestled just an eight-minute drive from Yolanda Hadid’s $4 million estate, Cooper’s farmhouse has the feel of an English countryside retreat. The property was listed by Chris Preston and Dana Lansing of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. The Post has reached out to Cooper’s team for comment.

At 49, Cooper has strong ties to Pennsylvania. He grew up in Abington Township, near Philadelphia, and even attended his high school reunion last fall. His connection to the area extends to his work, with Silver Linings Playbook—one of his most famous films—being shot in nearby Delaware County.

New Hope, just 70 miles from Manhattan, is known for its scenic charm, low taxes, and vibrant arts and dining scene, making it a perfect getaway from city life.
