Elon Musk’s 26-Year-Old Alleged Baby Mama Says She Sold Tesla After Child Support Was Cut
Los Angeles, CA — Ashley St. Clair, a conservative influencer and the reported mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child, claims she was forced to sell her Tesla after the billionaire slashed her child support payments by 60%.
In a video obtained by the Daily Mail, St. Clair is seen parting with what she says is a $100,000 Tesla. “I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she says in the clip.
St. Clair publicly announced the birth of her son, R.S.C., with Musk in February 2025, stating he was born in September 2024. She and Musk reportedly began dating around May 2023 and conceived the child in early 2024.
Claims of Retaliation
According to St. Clair, Musk did not publicly acknowledge their child or respond to her private messages—until she filed for sole custody. She says his reaction was to “financially retaliate” by significantly reducing child support.
St. Clair’s legal team alleges Musk has had minimal involvement, stating in court documents that the billionaire was absent at the child’s birth, has only met him three times, and has played no role in raising him.
Musk Responds on X
On Monday, Musk responded to the growing speculation via his platform, X (formerly Twitter). “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed,” he wrote.
“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5 million and am sending her $500k/year.”
St. Clair fired back by sharing alleged messages from Musk, including: “I want to knock you up again,” and “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
When asked about Musk’s conduct, St. Clair quipped, “You can check the stocks. I’m not the only one who is cleaning up his messes.”
A Growing Family—and Growing Scrutiny
Musk, who has long been vocal about promoting population growth, has unofficially fathered 14 children with four women. If paternity is confirmed, R.S.C. would be his 13th biological child.
He shares six children with his first wife Justine Musk, three with singer Grimes, and four with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. Musk has often promoted the idea of having large families to “save civilization,” even offering his sperm to help colonize Mars.
However, critics have pointed out Musk’s uneven involvement with his children, noting he’s estranged from one daughter while publicly praising others.
St. Clair’s legal team commented on Musk’s ambiguity: “Given that Mr. Musk is dedicated to transparency in government, it would be helpful if he administered his own life by the same principles.”
