Meet the Man Transforming Himself into the ‘Black Alien’

Anthony Loffredo, a 33-year-old from France, has captured global attention for his extreme body transformation, calling himself the “Black Alien.” His journey toward this unique look includes some of the most intense body modifications imaginable.

Loffredo has had his nose, ears, upper lip, and even two fingers surgically removed to give his hand a claw-like appearance. He’s also tattooed nearly every inch of his body—including his eyeballs—and had his tongue split.

He documents his transformation on Instagram under the name The Black Alien Project, where he has gained a following of over 700,000 fans. According to Loffredo, he’s only about 34% finished with his transformation—a personal quest he says is all about self-expression and inner peace.

Because many of these surgeries aren’t legal in France, Loffredo has traveled to other countries, including Spain, to undergo the procedures—like his nose removal.
