Things took an unexpected turn on X.
Old flirtatious exchanges between Elon Musk and Ashley St. Clair have resurfaced following her claim that the billionaire tech mogul is the father of her newborn baby.
Musk, 53, and the 26-year-old author reportedly met in early 2023, around the time their suggestive messages began making waves online.
In February 2023, Musk tweeted a simple “420,” to which St. Clair playfully responded with “69,” referencing the well-known sexual position.
By June of that year, their exchanges had only become bolder. St. Clair, the author of Elephants Are Not Birds, posted a screenshot of an article about Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin ordering his troops to retreat. Musk cheekily replied, “The ‘pull out’ method. Speaking personally, I obviously prefer the pull-in method.” In response, St. Clair humorously posted a meme of a dog hitting Musk on the head with a wooden bat that read, “Go to horny jail. BONK.”
The following month, Musk engaged in another risqué exchange after replying to a user about their account being flagged for explicit content. St. Clair found his response amusing and reacted with “‘Our d–k pic bot,’” followed by a skull emoji. Musk then jokingly added, “Sometimes it thinks rocket pics are d–ks, which is … crazy of course.”
St. Clair Claims Musk Fathered Her Child
Their resurfaced tweets come amid St. Clair’s revelation that she secretly gave birth five months ago—and that Musk is the father.
On February 14, she took to X, writing, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”
She emphasized her commitment to raising the child in a “normal and safe environment” and urged the media to respect their privacy.
However, the situation escalated the next day when St. Clair publicly called out Musk for allegedly failing to acknowledge his role as the child’s father.
“Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded,” she wrote in a now-deleted post. “When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?”
Ongoing Discussions About Co-Parenting
St. Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, later issued a statement on X, revealing that she and Musk had been working privately to reach an agreement regarding the child’s upbringing.
“It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially,” Glicklich stated.
“We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.”
