Elon Musk’s Daughter Goes Viral After Revealing She Found Out About Half-Siblings on Reddit
This week, in a new round of online chaos, Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, went viral on TikTok for revealing that she learned about some of her new siblings via social media.
Last week, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair announced she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child, and Vivian took to TikTok to share that this wasn’t the first time she’d found out about a potential sibling through Reddit.
“Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I found out I had half-siblings through Reddit, I’d have two nickels… which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?” she wrote in a TikTok video.
In another post on Threads, Vivian said she’s actually learned about six of her half-siblings through the internet. “’I don’t know how many siblings I have’ is a really fun game of 2 truths and a lie though, I’ll admit,” she joked.
Musk has had six children with his first wife, Justine Wilson, three with Grimes, three with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, and now allegedly one with Ashley St. Clair.
When asked which platform was the worst to find out on, Vivian replied, “r/rupaulsdragrace I am being so deadass right now.”
Vivian’s Reddit Revelation: How She Found Out About a New Half-Brother
In a follow-up TikTok, Vivian shared the story behind finding out about Musk and Grimes’ latest child—and her new sibling.
“Storytime, I found out about the existence of my half-brother through reddit.com/r/rupaulsdragrace,” she began. “This is a real thing that actually happened to me, and if it sounds insane, it is.”
Vivian explained the situation, saying that in 2022, she wasn’t on bad terms with Grimes (whom she refers to as “C”), but they weren’t talking. One day, Vivian was casually scrolling through the RuPaul’s Drag Race subreddit, a space she’s a big fan of, when she stumbled across a post from Tatianna, a Drag Race contestant.
“I found this tweet that was crossposted onto the subreddit, and I had no idea of this at the time because no one thought to let me know,” Vivian continued. “So I double-checked it on the news, and it turns out it’s actually true, and I’m just the last one to find out about it.”
Vivian didn’t hold any ill will toward Grimes, saying, “This isn’t to drag on C or anything. It kind of makes sense how this happened because, again, we were not really talking at the time, but I just think it’s funny because… choices.”
In the comments, Vivian clarified, “Y’all, please don’t go send hate to Grimes—she’s been through enough💀.”
Vivian Defends Her Gender Identity and Criticizes Musk
Vivian, a trans woman, legally dropped “Musk” from her name in 2022. She’s previously suggested that Musk has been an absentee father.
After Musk made bizarre claims about Vivian on X (formerly Twitter) in July 2024, including deadnaming her and saying he knew she was “born gay and slightly autistic” because she liked musicals, Vivian responded with a powerful statement.
“This entire thing is completely made up,” she wrote. “He doesn’t know what I was like as a child because he quite simply wasn’t there. And in the little time he was, I was relentlessly harassed for my femininity and queerness.”
Vivian then defended her gender identity, criticizing Musk for seeking validation from “an army of degenerate red-pilled incels and pick-mes who are quick to give it to him.”
After Vivian’s posts, Grimes publicly expressed her love and pride for her daughter, writing that she would be “forever endlessly proud of Vivian.”

Since inadvertently breaking the news to Vivian, Tatianna has responded with an apology: “OMG I’M SO SORRY LMAOOO,” which Vivian found amusing.
