Brooklyn Horan, 15, and his co-driver Tyson Jemmett tragically lost their lives when their rally car veered off a gravel road and into a flooded river during a race in Paparoa, New Zealand.
MotorSport New Zealand confirmed Horan was driving. An investigation is underway.
