Travis and Jason Kelce Celebrate Big Week with Family Milestones, a Sports Emmy Nod, and a Surprise Podcast Drop
It’s been a big week for the Kelce brothers.
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, had plenty to celebrate. Jason and his wife, Kylie, welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, on March 30. Just days later, Jason, now an ESPN analyst, was nominated for a Sports Emmy in the Outstanding Personality/Emerging On-Air Talent category.
Meanwhile, their hit podcast New Heights had a standout week of its own. Travis and Jason welcomed two-time Super Bowl champion and former Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham as their guest. Graham opened up about his decision to retire after 15 seasons in the NFL and shared his thoughts on the league’s efforts to ban the controversial “Tush Push” play.
“I don’t want to say soft, but it is,” Graham said candidly.
Travis also took a moment to clear up some misinformation that had been circulating online. A viral story claimed he donated $3.3 million to turn a house into a homeless shelter, but he set the record straight.
“I just want to say, don’t believe everything you read online, kids,” Travis said. “Some false claims were made about me doing something in the community that I wasn’t involved in.”
He didn’t get into the details, adding, “I’m not even going to talk about it specifically — I don’t want to give that nonsense any more attention. If you want to know what I’m really doing in the community, go to my foundation, 87 & Running.” The foundation supports underserved youth through education and mentorship programs.
As if that wasn’t enough excitement, New Heights surprised fans by dropping an extra episode at midnight after their usual Wednesday release.
In the bonus episode, the brothers joked about diving into lesser-known sports.
“Should we watch America Ice Football?” Jason asked.
“Yeah,” Travis replied. “Let’s do this.”
Fans were all in on the random sports detour. One user commented, “Did not know this existed and I feel cheated.” Another added, “Ok, super psyched for this actually!”
